​El FCE es un examen de Cambridge ESOL de nivel intermedio alto, Nivel B2 del Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR - Marco Común Europeo de Referencia para las Lenguas) del Council of Europe (Consejo Europeo).

Esto significa que, si usted aprueba el FCE, su nivel de inglés es suficientemente bueno a nivel práctico en distintos ámbitos laborales.

Los candidatos que aprueban el FCE pueden manejar comunicaciones escritas y conversaciones telefónicas cotidianas y pueden omar cursos de capacitación no especializados, así como entender libros de texto y artículos sencillos.

IMPORTANTE.
El candidato DEBERA de llevar IDENTIFICACION OFICIAL VIGENTE (INE o Pasaporte) o de lo contrario no podrá presentar el examen, en caso de ser menor de edad puede presentar credencial de la escuela, del Centro de Idiomas o la cartilla de vacunación con foto.

Exam format FCE
Cambridge English: First (FCE) is a test of all areas of language ability.

The updated exam (for exam sessions from January 2015) is made up of four papers developed to test your English language skills. You can see exactly what's in each paper below.

The Speaking test is taken face to face, with two candidates and two examiners. This creates a more realistic and reliable measure of your ability to use English to communicate.

7 parts/ 52 Questions​Shows you can deal confidently with different types, such as fiction, newspapers and magazines. Tests your use of English with tasks that show how well you can control your grammar and vocabulary.

2 parts​​Requires you to be able to produce two different pieces of writing, such as letters, reports, reviews and essays.
Listening
(about 40 minutes)

4 parts/30 questions​Requires you to be able to follow and understand a range of spoken materials, such as news programmes, presentations and everyday conversations.

(15 minutes per pair of candidates)

​4 parts​Tests your ability to communicate effectively in face-to-face situations. You will take the Speaking test with one or two other candidates.
